Do you do custom orders?
Custom orders are accepted on certain items. If you are looking for custom work, contact us at twosparkscc@outlook.com or on Instagram @twosparkscc to begin your order. Custom orders will not begin until at least 50% of the invoice is paid. No order will ship until invoice is paid in full. Orders canceled by the customer after the project has started will only be refunded up to 50% of the total invoice to cover material costs.

How do i return an item?
Returns are not accepted on custom items unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of shipment. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Please include a copy of your receipt so we can locate and process your return. Returns are not accepted after 14 days. Returns must be in unworn brand new condition. out of stock items?
If an item is still visible on the website and listed as 'Sold Out' then that order is no longer available. Please note that all items are one of a kind. We can recreate an item but no two pieces will be identical. We do not have any firm delivery dates on out of stock products.
Shipping
U.S. and International shipping available. All items will be mailed USPS. We ship Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for ready-to-ship items to be processed. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment. Orders requiring custom work vary in shipping times. Be very specific about your required arrival date if you have one! (Example: Holidays, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations etc.)
